Volunteer in India with Kenosis Foundation (KF) – to Educate, Empower, and Enable (EEE3) India, a vision of the year 2020. A EEE3 vision was built by our past volunteers to our program that gives volunteering opportunities in India including, Teaching, Childcare, health and Education projects, women & youth empowerment, employment and Self business, microcredit and microfinance, Media and Communication, Law and Human rights, IT Teaching projects, Street Children projects, After school programmes/Summer camps, Child care projects, Renovation of local institutions, and Community health care projects.

Be a part of our unique volunteer work programs in India; help children, youth, women and entire communities by facilitating their education and development needs.
ENOSIS provides safe and affordable volunteer travel programs in India. Being a part of volunteering programme, you will get to join optional add on tours on weekends with your fellow volunteers including, Mysore city, Nandi hills Trekking tour, Adventure Tour in Ooti, Yercaud with silver oak trees, coffee, Tea and rubber plantations, Hogennakal waterfalls and Kavery River in Tamilnadu, and a 1 or 2 day tour visiting Honnavar beach and sea costal resorts. You can also go for weekend tour to Kerala, Chennai, and Goa, less than an hour journey by flight of 6-10 hours by train and bus to enjoy the culture and rich biodiversity of southern states. You can also include north part of India such as Taj Mahal tour, Himalayan Trekking tour, Adventure Tour in Manali, Jaipur and a 2 day tour visiting Golden Temple in Amritsar.

You can join volunteering for 2 weeks up to 12 weeks all year round. Individuals, couples, groups and students all welcome. Our program covers everything you need during your placement. (Airport pickup from Bangalore International airport at the time of your arrival in India, three meals in a day, all project transportation, lodging in shared volunteer house, cultural activities including yoga classes from local instructor, programme materials, visit to the local tourist sights, Certificate of volunteer service or a letter of work experience, training and more) volunteers work for around 5 hours per day Monday – Friday. You will therefore have plenty of time to explore the local area.
Your fee does not include your passport, visa, from and to flight tickets, medical and travel insurance, police clearance check, entry fee at the local tourist sights, eating outside, Internet (Wi- Fi), and spending money out of the projects. You can choose to volunteer Bangalore City based projects or rural districts of volunteering projects. Sometimes, it depends on the requirement, you need to be flexible to get involved in need of the projects.
Eight years on KENOSIS’s holistic approach has allowed thousands of international volunteers to make a genuine difference to locals via sustainable community programs whilst volunteering in India.
As a teacher in India, you will volunteer and teach English and other subjects to school children, teenagers, and adults in elementary or high schools in Bangalore and Krishnagiri rural communities, bringing fresh ideas to the classroom to make learning enjoyable.
Teach IT related skills to students and adults in India and help make a difference in their lives. You will teach them how to switch a computer on and off, explain how to use software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
Volunteer get involved in the day-to-day running of an orphanage - making sure children are fed, have suitable clothing and access to bathroom facilities, and paying them personal attention - you will be making a positive impact on their lives.
Volunteers help to protect, educate, support and provide friendships to these children, engage in basic English conversation; develop basic learning activities using picture books and storytelling; so they may live normal childhoods and grow into healthy and productive citizens.
As a volunteer, you’ll assist in improving the children's competence and awareness in social areas, such as understanding and following the rules of society, adjusting their behavior to the situation, problem solving and understanding others.
Assisting with caring for children and others in need of support at orphanages, day cares, kindergartens, special needs centres, elderly homes, and other care facilities. You’ll be helping children to learn life-skills that parents would normally teach.
